Part 2 Central governing bodies 3 Central governing bodies—Act, s 32 For section 32 of the Act, definition central governing body, the following entities are prescribed—

(a) Independent Schools Queensland Ltd ACN 614 893 140;

(b) Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood Services;

(c) the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Bishops of Queensland established under the Roman Catholic Church (Incorporation of Church Entities) Act 1994;

(d) The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited ACN 150 737 849;

(e) The Gowrie (Qld) Inc.
